Background & Modalities
Jennifer Lusk, MS, LPC | Colorado License #5846
My work is grounded in nearly two decades of specialized training in trauma-informed, somatic, and integrative approaches. I bring a broad clinical foundation to therapy, with deep experience in Brainspotting, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, body-centered work, mindfulness, and relational trauma treatment.
I especially value approaches that honor both the nervous system and the emotional life of the client. My training has supported my work with anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, codependency, Highly Sensitive Persons, giftedness, neurodiversity, and the impact of chronic illness and relational pain.

EMDR
I completed EMDR Basic Training, Levels I & II, as well as Attachment-Focused EMDR, which supports work with trauma held in both memory and attachment patterns.
Somatic and Body-Centered Training
My somatic background includes Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, body-centered psychotherapy, and other trauma-and-body focused trainings. These approaches reflect my belief that healing often involves the whole person, not just thoughts and words.
