Areas of Focus

Trauma, PTSD & Attachment Wounds
Many of us carry wounds that formed long before we had words for them — early experiences of loss, neglect, overwhelm, or relationships that didn't feel safe. Using Brainspotting, EMDR, and somatic approaches, we work gently with the nervous system to process what has been held in the body and begin to loosen the grip of the past.
Codependency & Relationship Boundaries
Codependency often develops as a survival strategy — a way of managing love, fear, and connection when early relationships felt uncertain. In our work together we explore the patterns that formed, help you reconnect with your own needs and identity, and support you in building relationships rooted in genuine mutuality rather than fear or obligation.
Chronic Illness, Health Anxiety & Health-Related Trauma
Living with chronic or invisible illness carries its own kind of grief — the loss of a former self, the exhaustion of being misunderstood, the emotional weight of managing a body that feels unpredictable. I bring both clinical training and lived experience to this work, offering a space where your full experience is understood and honored.
Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs)
If you've been told you're "too sensitive" or "too intense," you may have spent years trying to make yourself smaller. HSPs experience the world with a depth and richness that is a genuine gift — and also a real challenge. Therapy offers a space to understand your nervous system, honor your needs, and stop apologizing for how deeply you feel.
Anxiety & Overwhelm
Anxiety lives in the body as much as the mind. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we work to understand what your anxiety is responding to — and help your nervous system learn that it is safe to settle. We draw on somatic awareness, mindfulness, ACT, and parts work to help you feel more grounded and present.
Grief & Loss
Grief is not a problem to solve — it is love with nowhere to go. Whether you are mourning a person, a relationship, a version of yourself, or a life you thought you'd have, I offer a steady, unhurried presence as you move through what cannot be rushed.
Life Stressors & Transitions
Major transitions — career changes, relationship shifts, relocation, aging, identity questions — can unsettle even the most grounded person. Therapy offers a space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters most as you navigate what comes next.
Spirituality
For many people, spiritual questions and experiences are central to who they are — yet rarely welcomed in a clinical setting. I hold a deep respect for the spiritual dimension of human experience and welcome its place in our work together, whatever form that takes for you.
ADHD
Living with an ADHD brain in a world not designed for it can produce chronic self-doubt, shame, and exhaustion. I offer a warm, non-pathologizing approach that honors the creativity and depth of the ADHD mind while supporting you in developing the self-awareness and strategies that help you thrive.
