I am currently working with my clients online, enabling me to meet with anyone residing in the state of Colorado.  I have found the online space can be a very supportive for my clients.  There is the comfort that you can have in being in your own home and there is the benefit of not needing to drive. Some people mention it is a big time saver for them and can make getting to appointments much easier.  I am often asked if Brainspotting or EMDR work as well in this space.  My colleagues and I have found these modalities work equally as well in the online space. These Brainspotting and EMDR are so useful and I am glad I can offer them online. I have also found there seems to be a greater intimacy that can be had in the therapeutic relationship using this platform.
